原料
金邊海鯧: 2條, 腌制:生薑,蒜、鹽、白鬍椒粉: 適量, 調汁:蒜,姜,鹽,糖,辣椒醬,胡椒粉,高湯,蒸魚豉油: 適量
步驟
1將魚清洗乾淨,然後改刀,方便入味。

2姜蒜切片和白鬍椒粉以及鹽拌勻

3把2都放到改刀的魚身里

4放在盤子裡蓋上保鮮膜,冷藏2小時以上,這樣方便入味

5將魚從冰箱取出放到鍋中蒸17分鐘左右,這段時間,我們把用來調汁的姜蒜切末。(這個汁可做也可不做)

6熱鍋涼油,把姜蒜末放入鍋中炒出香味

7然後將辣椒醬和其他用料一起放入,最後加一點高湯

8魚蒸好後,把汁淋在上面就OK了
