小技巧
1)生牛肉先洗凈,泡涼水,去除血水,之後再上鍋蒸 2)牛肉沒有去腥,比較挑剔的寶寶,可以把牛肉用檸檬片或薑片去腥 3)平底不沾鍋不需要放油 4)普通麵粉即可,不一定非要低筋麵粉
