Chicken and Asparagus Lemon Stir Fry 芦笋柠檬炒鸡胸

原料

去皮鸡胸,切成2.5cm左右的方块: 170g, 犹太盐: 适量, 鸡高汤: 1/8 cup, 低钠酱油or生抽: 1/2 tbsp, 玉米淀粉: 1/2 tsp, 水: 1/2 tbsp, 椰子油(原方是菜籽油or葡萄籽油): 1/2 tbsp, 芦笋,去老皮,切成5cm左右的段: 1/4 捆, 大蒜,切碎: 1~2 瓣, 鲜生姜: 1/4 tbsp, 鲜柠檬汁: 3/4 tbsp, 鲜黑胡椒: 适量

步骤

1用一点盐给鸡胸调味,在一个小碗里,混合鸡高汤和酱油,在另一个碗里混合玉米淀粉和水,搅拌均匀。

2中高火把过烧热,加入一半椰子油(菜籽油or葡萄籽油),然后加入芦笋,翻炒至脆嫩,大概3~4分钟,加入大蒜和生姜翻炒,大概1分钟,盛出备用。

3转大火,锅里加入剩下一半油和鸡胸,煎到金黄,每面大概4分钟,盛出备用。

4锅里加入酱油混合物,煮沸,大概半分钟到一分钟,加入柠檬汁和玉米淀粉,搅拌均匀,把鸡胸和芦笋倒回锅里,翻炒均匀,关火盛出就可以吃啦~
