美国南方风格慢煮绿豆荚(Southern-Style Green Beans by Food Wishes)

原料

绿豆荚(去掉两头): 2磅(900g), 培根(切小块): 6盎司(170g), 洋葱(顺着纹路切成条): 1个, 蒜(剁碎): 3瓣, 番茄酱: 0.25杯(60ml), 鸡高汤: 3杯(710ml), 盐: , 胡椒: , 卡宴椒:

步骤

1弄一口深锅,放入培根,中火煎到略黄

2锅内加入洋葱,搅拌5分钟,

3锅内加入蒜,搅拌一下,加入番茄酱搅拌好

4锅内加入绿豆荚,高汤,大火煮开

5锅内加盐、胡椒、卡宴椒

6煮开后,豆荚已经软了,正好跟液体一个高度,随后中小火煮2个小时

7煮的过程中,定时去轻微搅拌一下,根据液体的高度加大火力或者加入更多液体,1个半小时的时候尝一下然后适量加盐调味
