1山楂用適量鹽泡一下,洗凈,去蒂去核,撒上白糖蓋上保鮮膜,放進冰箱冷藏室一夜,第二天用

2把腌好的山楂帶湯放進料理機,加400ml清水,打成糊狀,倒入奶鍋,放冰糖(按個人口味放),大火煮開,撇去浮末,轉小火熬制粘稠,用勺不停攪拌,防止糊鍋

3熬成粘稠即可

4烤盤平鋪油紙,把山楂糊倒入烤盤,用刮板刮到1.5~2mm厚,放進烤箱,100度上下火,40分鐘,看著像果丹皮即可

5溫度降到40度左右,去油紙,放在案板上切成條,捲起,用保鮮膜包好了
