麵粉: 100克, 水: 60克, 肉糜: 25克, 蔥花: 40克, 鹽、十三香粉: 少許, 酵母(可以不放): 1克, 油酥:50克融化的豬油+20克麵粉攪拌成稀稀的油糊:
步驟
1麵粉加酵母加水攪成棉絮狀;

2揉勻至團,再揉進肉糜,蓋保鮮膜醒發10分鐘;

3醒好的麵糰分三份,取一份小麵糰,撒上乾粉,把小麵糰擀開擀薄;

4在麵皮上抹滿油酥,撒上鹽、十三香粉、蔥花;

12把餅的邊緣捏死,翻過來醒一會,桌面撒乾粉,將餅輕輕擀開擀薄成圓型;

13燒熱鍋,把餅放入,中火烙至二面微黃即可;(因為我不趕著吃,而是做好了放冰箱備著的,當然也可以不用烙,用保鮮膜把生胚隔開直接放冰箱)
