麵粉: 200克, 韭菜: 300克, 土雞蛋: 2個, 蝦米: 20克, 花生油: 10ml, 鹽: 4克
步驟
1準備食材:韭菜、土雞蛋、蝦米、麵粉等食材;

2韭菜洗凈,切碎,與雞蛋,蝦米放油、鹽炒起鍋放涼待用;

1.韭菜要洗的非常乾淨; 2.炒雞蛋的時候要不斷翻炒,不能結塊,炒出才好吃。 3.煎韭菜盒子的火不能太大。
