雞肉: 500克, 淮山: 500克, 胡蘿蔔: 300克, 濃湯寶: 一塊, 紅棗: 9顆, 生薑: 5克, 蔥白: 5克, 鹽: 適量
步驟
1雞肉洗乾淨,在水裡泡一下,洗去血水,切小塊,雞油剔除

2淮山去皮,切滾刀塊,切好馬上泡水裡,我放的稍微晚了點有點氧化變黑

4鍋里燒熱水,把雞塊放進去灼水

5雞塊洗掉浮沫,濾干水放一邊備用

6紅棗洗凈,蔥姜洗凈,蔥選擇蔥白,生薑切片

7砂鍋里水燒開以後放入蔥姜,紅棗,繼續大火燒開

8砂鍋里的水再次燒開,放入雞塊,大火煲10分鐘

9雞塊煮熟後放入淮山,胡蘿蔔和濃湯寶,轉中火煲15分鐘

10放入適量的鹽調味,轉小火煲20分鐘

小技巧
1.淮山去皮的時候用塑料袋或者手套包住手,避免淮山分泌的粘稠物弄到手上,癢起來比較難受 2.雞肉切小塊的時候把雞油剔除 3.煲湯的工具可以換其他的鍋具
