2把是去殼,留尾部2節,用牙籤挑去蝦腸

3下點鹽,胡椒粉(有辣椒粉更棒),腌20分鐘入味

4放在澱粉上裹一層,輕輕抖動一下粉

5芝士每片切成4條

6用芝士捲起來,用牙籤固定(切記芝士不能軟化了,要不容易碎,最好放冰箱,要用再拿 出來)

7再裹上雞蛋液,

8再重新裹上麵粉
