娃娃菜: 1棵, 粉絲: 2個, 油: 適量, 蒜: 5瓣, 生抽: 5勺子, 鹽: 適量, 蒜蓉剁椒醬: 一勺子, 多用途佐料: 大半勺子, 雞精: 適量
步驟
1粉絲泡散,放碟子裡,娃娃菜洗凈切開,平鋪上面

2大蒜切細,鍋里熱油,把大蒜放鍋里炸香,(小火,蒜可以在切娃娃菜前炸香了,這樣娃娃菜切好了油也涼不會濺出來???)
