2一個盆里放2g鹽,2g酵母粉,1g小蘇打;另一個盆里放2g鹽,1g小蘇打

3放酵母的盆用溫水合成麵糰,另一個用開水和成麵糰。

4形成兩個麵糰

不用酵母也可以,但是發一下會更鬆軟可口。 蘇打粉也不是必須,不過感覺放了蘇打粉口感更好,也幫助消化。
