檸檬500g: 個, 老冰糖: 1000g適量, 食鹽: 適量

1用鹽清洗檸檬表皮

6隔水燉,我用的電燉盅,時間最長能設置三個小時,要時常注意下.

7蓋蓋開始燉啦

8燉至了一小會的樣子糖已經融化了

9燉至了九個小時.已經大功告成.這個時候糖融化還是稀的.等完全涼透就是粘稠狀的了.砌水喝.一杯一大勺就ok.我用的宜家那種大玻璃杯.
