豬扒: 2塊(厚度在1~1.2cm), 雞蛋: 1個, 麵包糠: 兩把, 麵粉: 1把, 食用油: 玉米油, 鹽: 半小勺, 孜然粉: 半小勺, 包菜: 少量裝飾, 澱粉: 1勺
步驟
1豬扒洗凈,用廚房紙控水

2用刀背將豬扒拍松,拍過的豬扒明顯大了一半

3用鹽,,澱粉,孜然粉均勻撒上,抓幾下,腌制一會

4準備好的全蛋液,麵粉,麵包糠 先兩面裹好麵粉壓實~裹上蛋液~裹上一層麵包糠壓實

5鍋內熱油,下鍋炸,轉中小火
