原料
雞蛋: 2個, 料酒: 適量, 蔥姜八角花椒: 適量, 醬油: 適量, 肉丸子: 2個, 甜蒜: 2頭, 香菜: 少許, 干辣椒: 幾顆, 生雞架: 1隻
步驟
1先把雞架用料酒,蔥薑片腌制一下去去味
2把肉丸子切片放好備用

3準備好兩顆蛋

4蛋皮要薄,所以分別打散

8起鍋,加熱少許油,油熱以後關火倒入放有干辣椒的小碟里

9煮雞湯,把雞架放入水中,加入蔥薑片,八角花椒等,倒入少許醬油。鍋開了以後撇去浮沫,加入少許鹽
