1胡蘿蔔切絲(請忽略我這切成手指頭粗的刀功。。)

2杏鮑菇用手撕成一條條(什麼?能不能用刀切?切是可以切啦,但我感覺手撕的更有風味~哪種好吃?這個。。參考手撕包菜和刀切包菜^_^)

3蔥花切碎,大蒜粒切碎(沒拍了,不想大蒜的味道沾到手機上…嘿嘿)

4下油鍋爆香大蒜末和蔥白,加入胡蘿蔔翻炒

5在胡蘿蔔炒的稍軟一些的時候,加入杏鮑菇翻炒到綿軟,加入少許肉絲(可不加),肉絲熟後在鍋內加入少許鹽,生抽,蚝油調味,岀鍋時加入蔥花,一點點白鬍椒粉,裝盤
