1魚去肚、洗乾淨切段,把魚身的水擦乾備用。

2蔥切段,醬切絲備用。

3鍋放油熱七分放魚段,中小火,大概2到3分鐘搖鍋子魚可以晃動就翻身,呈金黃色…另一面也一樣…煎好把魚撈出來備用。
