步驟
1雞蛋加糖鹽攪打均勻,倒入牛奶,奶油,黃油,檸檬汁攪拌均勻,篩入低粉攪拌均勻

2過篩3-4遍成細膩糊狀

3震掉氣泡攪均勻舀一大湯勺,平底鍋小火加熱,倒入麵糊,像攤薄煎餅一樣迅速轉動平底鍋使餅皮成厚薄適中,待餅皮如圖鼓起泡泡時即可

4把平底鍋放在濕布上降溫,餅皮四周會馬上鬆弛翹起來,揭掉餅皮放在烤紙上,一張完成,繼續第二張,我共攤了14張,要錯位放置所有餅皮以免粘連
