1雞處理乾淨,去掉裡面多餘的油脂,切成塊

2冷水下鍋,慢慢煮開

5鍋里加一點點的油加入薑片裡面

7在沙煲裡面倒入燒開的水,加入黃酒裡面

9把炒好的雞塊倒進去,炒出多餘的油就不要倒進去了

10蓋上蓋子,小火燉上3個小時就可以了
