1首先製作冰皮,準備好所需材料

16壓好後放入烤箱200度烤5分鐘定型

17然後拿出來,表面刷少許蛋黃液(蛋黃加一點水稀釋一下,薄薄的在月餅上刷一層,一定要少量,不要貪心),繼續用180度烤13-15分鐘,月餅周圍有鼓起來的感覺表面上色就表示烤好了
