白芸豆: 600克, 白糖: 150克, 橄欖油: 20克, 水: 適量
步驟
1將白芸豆洗凈,放入鍋中倒入適量開水,用大火煮開,轉為中火煮5分鐘左右

2倒入漏斗,瀝干水份,再倒入溫水,開始一個一個脫皮

3脫皮好,放入鍋中加入適量水,大約滿過芸豆一公分左右水位,

4用大火煮開,轉小火慢熬1小時,煮熟

5用目篩,過篩邊篩邊用勺子圧碎
