160g過篩的糯米粉放入無油無水的乾淨微波爐可用大碗中

6用刮刀攪拌均勻,在大碗表面覆蓋保鮮膜,用牙籤在保鮮膜上戳幾個洞

7送入微波爐叮1分鐘,戴隔熱手套取出,用刮刀翻拌均勻

8再次在大碗表面覆蓋保鮮膜並戳洞,送入微波爐叮3分30秒,每隔1分10秒都要戴隔熱手套取出用刮刀翻拌一遍再繼續加熱

9加熱結束取出再次翻拌一遍

10然後把整個麻糬麵糰用刮刀轉移到篩了玉米澱粉的油紙上,在麵糰表面也均勻篩上玉米澱粉,待摸上去不燙手之後整形成均勻的長方形

11裝入保鮮袋送入冰箱冷凍半小時後取出切件,並用毛刷刷掉多餘的玉米澱粉即可
