1南瓜去皮去籽,切成小塊上鍋蒸熟,待冷卻後壓製成南瓜泥。取適量麵粉和南瓜泥放入盆中,加少許鹽。(南瓜泥可分次放,避免加多。無需額外加水和面)

2揉成光滑的麵糰,蓋上保鮮膜餳發20—30分鐘
