4將麵粉和蘇打粉篩入豬油蛋液里

5自上而下將麵粉與豬油蛋液攪拌好,用手和成麵糰

6麵糰分成小份,分別搓圓,排在鋪了油紙的烤盤裡,用手掌輕輕按扁,然後嵌入核桃,再把雞蛋液掃在小餅的表面

7把做好的小餅放進預熱過的烤箱,180度烤15分鐘左右,表面金黃即可
