1豆腐魚去頭去尾去內臟後洗乾淨,切塊。生薑切絲

2切塊後的豆腐魚,放入薑絲,胡椒粉,鹽(按個人口味不同去調整)腌制10分鐘

3雞蛋加點生粉攪拌至糊狀
