原料
低筋麵粉: 135g, 黃油: 80g, 蛋黃: 三個, 奶粉: 20g, 綿白糖: 45g, 葡萄乾: 適量
步驟
1 製作方法 1.軟化的黃油加入白糖總打蛋器打發至體積蓬鬆 顏色略變淺;

2 2. 分三次加入三個蛋黃(可留少許蛋黃刷表面)攪打均勻;

3 3.加完後黃油依然是蓬鬆的就好了;

4 4.然後篩入低筋麵粉和奶粉;

5 6.可用朗姆酒將葡萄乾泡會 然後將葡萄乾揉進麵糰;

6 7.用手將麵糰按扁;

7 8.再用擀麵杖擀開 約1厘米厚度;

8 9.切好後表面刷上蛋黃液;

9 10.烤箱預熱 然後180度烤20分鐘左右 自家烤箱溫度靈活調整;
