1準備所需食材;

2將蝦去除蝦線洗凈,控干水分;

小技巧
1、煎蝦時間不要過長,因為後面還要燜燒入味,煎久了肉質不嫩; 2、將蔥、姜與蝦一起煎制,有利於去除蝦的腥味。
