餃子皮: 6張, 雞蛋: 3個, 蔥: 1根, 精鹽: 1g, 油: 適量, 花邊工具:叉子: 1把
步驟
1準備材料~

2蔥洗凈切成末,裝入碗內,加入精鹽,混合均勻成蔥鹽末~

3兩個餅皮為一組落在一起~ 用叉子在餅皮一圈壓花邊~ 隔一段距離用叉子往裡推一下(如圖)~ 依次壓好3/4花邊,留個小口~

4將雞蛋的蛋清蛋黃分離,留著蛋黃在蛋殼中,在花邊餃子皮中放入適量蔥鹽末,在倒入一顆蛋黃~

5將收口封好(依然壓好花邊)~

6平底鍋內倒適量油,放入灌餅,轉小火烙至~

12剩的蛋清做了雞蛋軟餅: 剩蛋清加入一個雞蛋加入適量精鹽,蔥末少許清水,打散成蛋液,平底鍋內倒適量油,倒入蛋液轉小火煎至,煎至兩面熟透即可~
