小技巧
1.加麵粉前要把火擰小防止變糊~2.豌豆也可以換成當季的蔬菜豆類~如蘆筍,小蠶豆等~3.狗鱈魚只有一個大排的魚骨沒有刺,橫切魚肉將魚骨從兩邊魚肉切開,然後將魚骨拔出來,切掉兩邊的魚皮,就是乾淨的魚肉啦~
