原料
糯米: 500克, 豬肉: 1000克, 鹽: 適量克, 蔥: 10根, 姜: 適量, 雞蛋: 5個, 香菇: 5朵, 胡椒粉: 適量
步驟
1先煮糯米飯,干香菇熱水泡一會。(最好提前冷水泡個幾小時)

2煮飯時就可以準備蔥姜切末加水,肉糜加雞蛋拌勻,再加入蔥姜水。

3蔥姜水浸一會,等下倒入拌好雞蛋的肉糜中

4肉糜裡面加鹽,再加點油。(買肉糜的時候不要選太瘦的腿肉,那樣就會有點柴)
