原料
土豆: 1個, 咖喱塊: 2塊, 胡蘿蔔: 半根, 料酒: 1勺, 鹽: 3克, 雞翅: 4-6個
步驟
1買雞中翅4-6個(看人數定啦)解凍 然後用刀子正反劃開幾道口子。用鹽均勻抹上,也是正反都要,也可稍微放一點點料酒。腌制1-2個小時

2然後用廚房紙擦乾。這步不做的話到時候煎就會爆油砸臉了……

3土豆和胡蘿蔔切丁。咖喱塊我選的是百夢多的

4清水煮開把土豆丁和胡蘿蔔丁炒一遍水。比較容易熟。撈出備用

5放入4勺油。不用太多。(雞皮還會出油的)腌好的雞翅直接煎。正反都要。略微金黃就可以了。撈出備用

6煎過雞翅的油取一點點將胡蘿蔔丁和土豆丁放入快炒

7放入兩塊咖喱塊。想要咖喱濃一點多放一塊。但一般兩塊夠了

8放入4小碗清水。把咖喱塊劃開煮濃稠

10直到咖喱濃稠,嘗一下味道。淡了就加一點鹽
