排骨: 500-600克, 蘿蔔: 1根, 薑片: 10-15片, 小蔥: 若干, 鹽: 適量

2將排骨放入鍋中,加冷水和薑片(4-5片),開火煮開

3煮開後可發現有血沫產生,將排骨撈出,用溫水沖洗血沫

4沖洗乾淨的排骨放入砂鍋中,再放入小蔥,5-6片薑片,大火開燉

5開鍋後,轉小火,燉1小時
