步驟
1剪刀面材料:麵粉,雞蛋,少許鹽和適量水。(麵粉和液體的比例是2:1,如果不加雞蛋,全加水的話可以適當減少水量,要和成較硬的麵糰,鹽能使麵糰更筋道。)

2麵粉加雞蛋和水

6邊剪邊撒粉,防止粘連
