1備料:土豆切小塊,豆角切段

2調料很簡單,蔥➕一小勺花椒粒

5鍋里熱油

6油熱後倒入肉絲翻炒

8加入適量老抽上色,再加入兩小勺生抽~繼續翻炒

9加入冷水拔好的土豆塊,土豆塊一定要用冷水泡噢~濾出多餘澱粉,以免過分粘稠~

10因為土豆比豆角難熟,所以土豆翻炒一會之後下豆角,不過火候不夠也沒關係,最後可以煮熟~

11翻炒一會,炒到七八分熟

12加水,蓋上鍋蓋,大火煮至水開

13水開後下面,手擀麵最好,我用的是超市袋裝拉麵

14大火煮麵然後小火煮一會,湯汁慢慢粘稠加鹽,備好蔥花,電餅鐺煎蛋備用

小技巧
1⃣️土豆要記得過涼水,喜歡黏稠的可以少泡一會,不喜歡黏稠就多過兩遍水~ 2⃣️肉絲里放一點白肉味道更香炒肉的時候也不易粘鍋 3⃣️菜量根據口味可以在此基礎自由搭配,比如杏鮑菇菜心等~
