1將黃豆面放鍋中

2用小火慢慢炒熟(生豆面的顏色是淺黃色的,用小火將豆面炒成淺褐色即可,但是千萬不要炒糊了)

5將糯米粉活成柔軟的麵糰

6大平盤抹少許油

7將糯米麵團放盤中按扁成餅狀(按扁的麵糰比較容易蒸熟)

8將盤子放蒸鍋中,水開後中火蒸20到30分鐘,將盤內的糯米麵團蒸熟即可

9蒸好的糯米麵團從蒸鍋中拿出來以後,上邊蓋一層保鮮膜晾涼(如果不蓋保鮮膜的話,麵糰在晾涼的過程中,會結一層硬皮)

10麵糰晾涼以後,先在案板上鋪一層保鮮膜,然後放上麵糰,在蓋一層保鮮膜,將麵糰夾在中間,這樣在擀麵團的時候,容易擀,而不會將很黏的麵糰沾在擀麵杖上

11將麵糰擀成薄片,擀的越均勻越好

12擀好的麵糰,撕去上邊的保鮮膜,然後在麵糰上抹一層豆沙餡

13將糯米麵團捲起來,卷的時候,要隨著撤去下邊一層的保鮮膜!(就像是卷壽司一樣,但是那層保鮮膜一定要撤出來)

14晾涼的豆面放案板上,用擀麵杖擀一下,將大的顆粒擀碎

15卷好的驢打滾放豆面中,表面沾勻豆面
