1土豆削除外皮,切丁

4製作素高湯,鍋內倒入2公斤泉礦水,將大白菜、平菇、冬瓜、玉米棒放進去煮。沸騰後,改用小火慢慢熬煮2個小時,將素高湯過濾,蔬食材取出備用
5熱鍋,倒入橄欖油

6先炒番茄醬,再陸續放入番茄丁、土豆丁一起拌炒

7拌炒至所有的蔬菜料軟熟後,再加入素高湯、月桂葉、新鮮百里香,者至沸騰後,轉中小火繼續煮約10~15分鐘

8待所有的蔬菜料全部煮熟,最後再加入鹽、胡椒粉調味即成,將湯品倒入湯碗中
