原料
肉餡: 250g, 小白菜洗凈、抄熟: 250g, 雞蛋: 一個, 蝦仁: 10個, 醬油、鹽、糖、料酒: 依照個人口味添加, 麵粉: 250g, 水: 適量
步驟
1麵粉中加入適量水,用筷子和成圖片狀,放入冰箱冷藏一天後,使用!

2將雞蛋加入肉餡,並和切碎的小白菜、蝦仁及調味料一起攪拌均勻!

3將面取出置於案板上(案板撒麵粉),幹成大餅狀!

4將和好的餡料均勻的鋪抹在麵皮上!

6朝一個方向圈動,圈成如圖狀!

7中間切一刀,將邊緣包裹住,不漏餡!
