原料
糯米: 50克, 小米: 50克, 黑糯米: 50克, 薏米: 15克, 火腿: 60克, 蝦仁: 60克, 花生米: 30克, 香菇: 3顆, 胡蘿蔔: 半根, 香菜: 適量, 生薑: 1隻, 花生醬: 1大勺, 海鹽: 適量, 白鬍椒: 適量
步驟
1先把米類和花生清洗後浸泡2~3小時

2把去蝦線的蝦仁洗凈切丁,放入黃酒和生薑腌漬一會

小技巧
提前把米浸泡2~3小時,蝦仁要用黃酒和生薑腌漬一會在放進鍋里,吃的時候沒有腥味,煸炒火腿時一定要小火炒
