2鯽魚清洗乾淨、魚身切幾刀好入味。料酒、鹽、白鬍椒粉腌味,最後滴上幾滴芝麻香油即可

3姜蔥切絲、蒜切末放在魚上

4鍋內倒入植物油,開最小火放入干辣椒、乾花椒炒制麻辣出味,大約1分鐘

6秘汁倒至魚上
