原料
高筋麵粉: 50克, 全麥粉: 150克, 溫水: 140克, 酵母: 5克, 鹽: 3克, 植物油: 10克, 玉米粉: 適量
步驟
1酵母放進溫水裡靜置十分鐘,全麥麵粉和高筋麵粉混合均勻加入鹽混合均勻,加入靜置好的發酵水揉勻後加入油,揉成光滑的麵糰蓋保鮮膜室溫發酵

2發酵至原來的兩倍大後取出排氣

3分割成均勻的六份(我分了七份感覺太小了)揉圓做成餅狀蓋保鮮膜醒三十分鐘

4不粘鍋小火加熱放點玉米粉防止粘鍋,取出餅胚放鍋里小火慢煎三分鐘翻一次面
