1冷凍的薺菜提前拿出來冷凍,豬五花肉攪碎!生薑切末,粉絲提前泡發切碎,大蒜葉切碎備用

2鍋入油燒熱放入豬五花肉末下去煸炒出油,炒制變色調入適量的老抽上色

3放入生薑末、大蒜葉煸炒均勻,再放入粉絲和薺菜煸炒!調入適量的鹽、五香粉、辣椒粉煸炒均勻

4放入一大塊豬油煸炒(薺菜和粉絲都很吃油的)炒至熟再調入適量的雞精煸炒片刻即可

5麵粉與紅薯澱粉的比例差不多是3:1,加入涼白開水慢慢調製成麵糊打入雞蛋!可流動順暢但也不要太稀!鐵鍋燒熱用生豬油刷一層薄薄的油,舀入一勺麵糊迅速轉動鍋子讓麵皮攤均勻

6麵皮表面鼓起即可拿起放在案板上放上餡料先底下包起再左右再從下往上捲起即可
