步驟
1將白菜洗乾淨,將白菜葉子和白菜幫切開備用

2鍋中放入清水,水中加入一點油和鹽,大火燒開,將洗乾淨的白菜葉子放入水中小火煮1分鐘左右

3將白菜葉撈出瀝干水備用

4將豬肉攪打成肉餡備用

5將香菇、泡發好的木耳、白菜幫切成末加入豬肉餡中,並按個人口味加入適量的鹽、生抽、耗油、薑末、料酒拌勻腌制半小時以上讓肉餡更入味

6鋪上一張白菜葉子,放上適量的肉餡

7從下往上捲起來,兩邊的菜葉子再往裡面收整

8包好的白菜卷

9將包好的白菜卷擺放在盤中,放蒸鍋隔水蒸20分鐘左右,蒸好的白菜卷會有很多水出來

10另起鍋放入一點食用油,放入蒜蓉小火爆香;

11再倒入蒸白菜的水,加一點生抽、蚝油、生粉煮成芡汁;
