1雞翅劃刀,倒入生抽和料酒,加幾片生薑腌製備用

2準備好自己喜歡的食材,我用了臘腸,蝦仁,魚豆腐,年糕

3土豆,地瓜,胡蘿蔔,山藥,洋蔥,青椒,香菇,切塊。加入少許鹽,油,辣椒麵,拌勻備用

4調製醬汁,2勺醬油,2勺黃豆醬或甜麵醬,2勺番茄醬,2勺耗油,1勺糖,1勺澱粉,少許油,拌勻

5鍋底倒入比炒菜用量多的油,把蔬菜平鋪在鍋底

6上層碼好其他食材,灑少許胡椒粉,辣椒粉,蓋上鍋蓋,小火15分鐘

7然後開蓋,倒入醬汁,拌勻,再倒入小半碗水,繼續小火燉10分鐘,最後大火收一下汁
