原料
牛奶: 280克, 淡奶油: 200克, 椰漿: 120克, 冷水: 80克, 細砂糖: 70克, 魚膠粉: 20克, 全脂椰蓉: 適量
步驟
1將魚膠粉加入冷水中泡開備用

2在長方形的玻璃容器內事先鋪上保鮮膜防粘

3將椰漿倒入牛奶中攪拌均勻

4再將淡奶油倒入牛奶中攪拌均勻

5接著加入細砂糖

6然後將混合液隔溫水加熱攪拌至砂糖融化

7將泡開的魚膠粉隔熱水融化

8將融化後的魚膠液體加入到牛奶混合液中攪拌均勻

9最後將混合液倒入玻璃容器內再放入冰箱冷藏至凝固
