面粉, 鸡蛋, 木耳, 蒜薹, 猪肉, 冬菇, 葱, 面豉酱, 酱油, 糖, 盐, 食用油, 鸡精
步骤
1先将面粉和成面团,跟包饺子差不多那种,放在一边醒一下

2木耳温水泡软

3猪肉切片,用生粉,蛋青,面豉酱(或甜面酱)腌起来

4鸡蛋在平底锅烙成蛋皮,切丝备用

6蒜薹切成寸段

7瘩一点点揪到一个撒面粉的干爽容器中,边揪边摇晃一下免得粘连

8水沸后倒入疙瘩,轻轻搅拌,煮到全部飘起来后,可以像煮饺子一样,沸腾添加冷水,加三次

9最后沸腾即可,捞出疙瘩到冷水中,浸泡待用

10炒锅烧热加适量食用油,油热后呛入葱花,先炒猪肉,炒到半熟加入冬菇丝在加入疙瘩,加适量酱油,糖,水。小火加盖焖一会

11最后加入蒜薹,木耳,略炒一下加盐,鸡精即可出锅装盘了
