原料
新鲜香菇 100克, 肉沫 150克, 油 1汤勺, 葱姜蒜 各少许, 料酒 1汤勺, 豆瓣酱 2汤勺, 甜面酱 2汤勺, 郫县豆瓣酱 1汤勺(辣)
步骤
1香菇洗净切碎粒,肉如果不是现成的肉沫,也请剁成黄豆大小的肉粒

2在微波炉容器中倒1汤勺油,并放入葱姜蒜末,盖上盖子,放入微波炉高火半分钟爆香
