原料
鲍鱼 10只, 鸡 半只, 大葱, 蒜, 姜, 朝天椒, 小葱
步骤
1鸡切件,用油、盐、生抽、姜丝先调好味,腌十来分钟。
2鲍鱼去掉壳和内脏,用牙刷刷干净

3再用生粉搓洗两三遍。划花刀~

4姜切片蒜切末,朝天椒切圈,大葱小葱切段

5热锅下油,下姜片蒜末大葱段朝天椒爆香, 然后下鸡肉爆到略显金黄色,再下鲍鱼翻炒几下适量盐入味,淋上老抽调色炒香
6放入适量水,中火焖到收汁,出锅前放盐和味精调味

7最后装盘撒上葱花,热一点点油淋到小葱上,香气扑鼻~
