松饼粉: 270g, 香蕉: 1根(去皮约90g-100g), 牛奶: 约35g, 蛋: 1个约40g, 糖: 25g, 食用油: 一小勺
步骤
1将香蕉放入食品袋

2压扁压烂

3然后依次放入面粉砂糖,牛奶鸡蛋,隔着袋子揉揉捏捏把面团揉匀

4如果后期有点粘袋子,把食用油倒进去,揉匀

5最后的面团应该是比较柔软,但是并不粘袋子的整好的面团,静置20分钟。让面粉更好的融合

6隔着袋子用虎口挤出一个面团(约40g)

8慢慢的团成甜甜圈型

9取一个小锅放入油,油温约170度的时候,可以下锅炸,中间翻面一次,两边都金黄色浮起来,就可以夹出来放厨房纸上吸取油分冷却

10炸好的甜甜圈,放到不烫,但是还热着的时候,装入放了糖粉和砂糖的袋子里shake shake shake~~冷了之后就不容易沾上糖了
