原料
鸡蛋: 2只, 培根: 4~5条, 蒜末: 两瓣, 淡奶油: 200ml, 蘑菇: 6个, 意面: 250g两人份, 芝士粉: 适量
步骤
1准备所有材料

2煮开水,记得放盐。水开后放入意面,煮开后转中小火准备其他材料

3鸡蛋打散,撒芝士粉(木下是磨了奶酪块)拌匀

4平底锅开火放培根(木下放了油,不过培根本身就能炒出油,所以我没放)
5培根出油后放入蘑菇片和蒜末翻炒,放适量盐和胡椒调味后倒入淡奶油

6面也煮的差不多了,捞面到奶油锅子里搅拌均匀

7加入之前的蛋液快速搅拌,收汁后乘盘撒上芝士粉
