2把是去壳,留尾部2节,用牙签挑去虾肠

4放在淀粉上裹一层,轻轻抖动一下粉

6用芝士卷起来,用牙签固定(切记芝士不能软化了,要不容易碎,最好放冰箱,要用再拿 出来)

7再裹上鸡蛋液,

8再重新裹上面粉
