面粉: 1500克, 糯米粉: 500克, 老南瓜: 1000克(南瓜煮好还多了一碗南瓜糊), 白糖: 3汤勺(可自行调整)
步骤
1老南瓜去皮去芯洗净切厚片!

2准备好面粉!

3准备好糯米粉!

4锅里放1小饭碗水,放入南瓜大火煮开改中火焖煮成糊状就可(我的老南瓜是老爸自己种的,我焖煮了20分钟)

5面粉和糯米粉放入一个大的容器,留些面粉备用,加入南瓜泥搅拌均匀后揉成面团,期间尝一下味道看够不够甜味(我加了3汤勺白糖)

6蒸锅上汽后把搓成条的麦糕放在垫着屉布的蒸锅里,中火蒸30分钟!

7出锅放凉后切成长条,两三天内吃不完的用保鲜袋分装后放冰箱冷冻起来慢慢吃!
